City Department Meeting (05/31/2007)
- Bernice to prepare meeting minutes and send to EMH&T for comments
- MORPC to send meeting minutes to all invitees after EMH&T comments addressed
- EMH&T to email PowerPoint presentation to Kim Thompson of MORPC
Key Stakeholder Meetings
- Schedule Group #3, Safe Routes to School, for Thursday, June 7th, after 3:00 PM
- EMH&anp;T to prepare meeting minutes and send to each key stakeholder
- EMH&T to send communications plan with contact list to each person after meeting
- EMH&T to publish meeting minutes and powerpoint slides on website
- Terry to provide EMH&T with available dates for whole month of June
- David Hooie to be included as Key Stakeholder with Group #2, Franklinton Area Associations
- Jim Schimmer with Franklin County to be included with Group #1, Columbus Development Dpt.
- EMH&T to contact Bernice if COTA is unresponsive, as they have positive relations
- Ask Jim Sweeney at Group #2 meeting about area alley parking
- Terry to send updated contact list to Bernice who will organize in Excel and redistribute
Project Management Meetings

- EMH&T to send out meeting request to MORPC and Terry
Communications Plan
- MORPC to finalize and include contact list
- EMH∓T to distribute via email as follow-up after stakeholders meetings

- MORPC to prepare a few copies for use at Open House
Open House (June 19, 2007)
- Key Stakeholder Notification
- Scheduled to be sent out on June 5th, 2007
- Public Notifications
- EMH&T to send proposed Franklinton logo to Terry
- Mary Webster with City Communications Department to check and edit if needed
- Bernice Cage to be contact person for the public
- Website to include stakeholders list without phone numbers and addresses
- Terry and Mary Webster to prepare press release
- Format
- No formal presentation to be given
- MORPC to prepare comment cards
- Comment cards to be placed at each station, as well at end of exhibit
- Ask David Hooie if parole officer may be needed
- Possibly continually run powerpoint presentation at end of exhibit

Data Collection
- Dilip to determine if MORPC ped crash data base has information newer than year 2004
- EMH&T to send Terry updated Inventory List
- Terry to send EMH&T a list of proposed count locations to be set by the City
- EMH&T to prepare count graphs with 85th percentile speed, average speed, and peak speed
- Prioritizing the recommended improvements is key feature of project

- EMH&T to send Pedestrian Handbook, as previously sent by Dilip
- EMH&T to send MORPC bike trail map, as previously sent by Dilip
- Terry to investigate accessibility of 311 reports
- Terry to investigate accessibility of GIS code enforcement data base
- Terry to investigate accessibility of police reports
- Walkable streets database is analogous with ped crash data
- Terry to investigate top intersection crash spot locations
- EMH&T to send GIS base mapping
